My History & Experience

I’ve been living, developing, and selling real estate in Costa Rica since 2004.

This isn’t just where I work — this is home.

I came here on a surf trip over 20  years ago and never left. At the time, I had a successful real estate business in the United States, but I saw the opportunity to build something here — and I went all in.

Since then, I’ve been involved in real estate sales, development, syndications, and new construction across Costa Rica. My true passion is development — identifying raw land, creating a vision, and turning it into something real and valuable.

Real estate runs deep in my family. My grandfather developed large parts of North Miami in the 1940s, and my grandmother was a savvy investor in New York long before it was common.

I’m married to a Costa Rican woman, we’re raising our family here, and we live on land that has been in our family for generations. We have real roots here — and that matters in a market like Costa Rica.

My mission is simple:

To help my clients build wealth through real estate, while building something lasting for my own family at the same time.
