Content on this website—including articles, guides, AI-generated summaries, and property descriptions—is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice. 3. Accuracy of listings

We strive to keep listings accurate and current. Property details (price, availability, size, amenities, legal status, and media) may change without notice. GCI does not warrant that every listing is error-free. Verified details are confirmed during due diligence and contract stage.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your home country require otherwise.
