At the summit where this project sits is at 3700 ft in elevation where the 3 best lots have ocean view from the east and city views of San Isidro de General to the west. This is an ideal location for people that love the beach, but not the heat. Fresh, cool, rich climate all year round with a mystical feel of living in the clouds during the rainy seasons most days. YOu are also in a country setting, but only 15 minutes to one of Costa Rica's major cities with a poplulation of over 130,000 people you can find everything here. You can get goods and services cheaper there than at the beach where everything is tourist prices making it ideal for people that want to retire or vacation on a budget. 25 minutes going the other direction and you are at Playa Dominical.
